I started my career in Investment & Mortgage Financing and transitioned naturally into Real Estate as a Residential Real Estate Agent.  I bring years of successful experience  to every real estate transaction. I also hold the designation  of Seniors Real Estate Specialist  (SRES) for those 55+ years young. 

I work with first time home buyers,  clients wishing to upsize or downsize. I especially enjoy helping my clients with ideas to renovate property to live in, rent out or sell.

My priority is to listen to your wants and needs and then help you to make the right decisions regarding real estate. Market Update November 2025

GTA home sales. new listings and average selling prices were down compared to November 2024.  It's not all gloom as November reports on employment and economic growth were much stronger than expected.  Stable interest rates and a well supplied resale market helps the Buyer's market.

It's a buyer's market with lower interest rates and an abundance of listings on the market.

You need the right agent with strategic negotiation skills.  With my extensive experience and excellent communication skills, I am confident that I will help you find the home of your dreams, and at a price you can afford.

Seller's Corner

As your Listing Agent, the advice I give you (especially in this market) when I am not afraid to hurt your feelings is this ...............

Pricing just $15,000 above  my recommendation doesn't give room for negotiations, it just makes your competition look like a better deal.

In a higher inventory market, where buyers are more discerning and have options at every price point, it's not just about listing your home, it's about getting your home chosen!

Potential buyers are not looking at what sold, they are looking at what is currently listed and comparing your listing to those listings.

Remember that PRICE is the first filter.  Buyer's shop like it's Amazon and over priced homes get skipped, not counted.  When I help my seller's price, I dont just pull up comparables, I pull up your competition, evaluate price drops, time on the market, buyer behaviour, current market conditions and how to position your home to stand out and SELL.

For Seller's,  I customize a marketing plan that will get your property noticed and sold , -  it's never just a For Sale sign on your property.  I help you get your home showcase ready for potential Buyers.

For Buyer's, I find you the properties that ticks all the boxes. I door knock if its not on MLS. Once we find that dream home, with excellent communication skills, I negotiate and secure the best possible price for your new home.



First step is obtaining a mortgage pre-approval.  Any bank can provide this service, in person or online.  I also have a few Mortgage Specialists I can refer to you.  I have designed an amazing booklet for my clients that explains each step in the real estate journey, be it renting, buying, selling or investing.   I would be delighted to email you a copy or meet with you to discuss it in detail.
